Maxum Residential was founded with a simple belief: that well-managed, well-maintained multifamily housing creates lasting value — for residents, for investors, and for the communities we serve.
Over more than a decade, we have grown from a single property in Muskegon to a portfolio spanning four markets across Michigan and Indiana. Every acquisition, renovation, and lease-up has sharpened our operating model and deepened our market knowledge.
Today, Maxum Residential manages over 500 units and offers accredited investors access to carefully underwritten syndication deals — with transparent reporting, experienced operators, and a track record built deal by deal.
